Mailman Max

This simple Windows program allows you to send email messages to a large number of people at the same time, with great ease. The program is very simple to install and can be used in the same manner. After installing the program and running it, the user will be presented with a simple interface, which allows anyone to easily configure an email account. This can be done by entering the email address, password and SMTP server.

After completing this step, the user should define a list of recipients. This can be done by using the address book feature of Mailman Max. After selecting the desired recipients, it's time to create the actual message that will be sent. The message can be composed either using HTML or simple text.

Mailman Max includes a feature for scheduling messages to be sent at a certain hour. This is useful for sending weekly or monthly newsletters. Besides, messages can be previewed before they are sent, for making sure that everything is in order. For making it easier to work with the same email message over and over again, Mailman Max includes a template feature, which allows you to create a template from any message.

When not using the application, the user can minimize it to the system tray, for not cluttering the desktop.
